MENU: Soup – WHITE BORSCHT traditional Polish Easter soup that is full of sausages, eggs, potatoes, and other ingredients that bring a lot of religious symbolism to each bite of this delicious soup.
Appetizers – Homemade cold cuts and deviled eggs.
Entrees – Fresh and smoked kielbasa served with potato loaf babka and cucumber salad in sour cream dressing.
Dessert – Sweet BABKA (Polish Easter Cake).
