June 6-9 OR AUG. 8-11 Warsaw – Poland’s dynamic capital is our meeting point and introduction to the country’s history and cuisine. We’ll explore the beautifully restored Old Town, visit museums, and experience Warsaw’s vibrant food scene that blends tradition with modern flavors.
June 9-12 OR AUG. 11-14 Olsztyn – is the largest city in Warmia, part of the broader historical region once known as Prussia. Located in north-eastern Poland, it sits in the heart of the region often called the “Land of a Thousand Lakes.” Olsztyn is where the culinary traditions of Warmia and Masuria meet modern gastronomy. Local cuisine highlights regional specialties and fresh fish straight from the Masurian lakes often steals the spotlight.
June 12-14 OR AUG. 14-16 Poznań – One of Poland’s oldest cities, Poznań is rich in history and culinary heritage. Highlights include the Renaissance Old Town, Ostrów Tumski Cathedral, and iconic regional dishes. No visit is complete without tasting the famous St. Martin’s croissants and potato dishes.
June 14-17 OR AUG. 16-19 Prague– The fairy-tale capital of the Czech Republic welcomes us with Gothic churches, colorful Baroque buildings, and timeless charm. We’ll stroll through Old Town Square, walk across Charles Bridge, and explore Prague Castle, the largest ancient castle complex in Europe—while enjoying traditional Czech food and beer culture.
June 17-20 OR AUG. 19-22 Krakow – Once the royal capital of Poland, Kraków is a cultural gem. Our stay includes visits to Wawel Castle and Cathedral, the remarkable Wieliczka Salt Mine, a scenic river cruise, and time at a local farmers’ market. This region’s cuisine reflects deep traditions and bold flavors.
June 20-21 OR AUG. 22-23 Warsaw – Arrive at Warsaw hotel located near the airport. We will have a farewell dinner. Next morning you’ll have your final breakfast and take a quick walk to Okecie Airport to catch your plane home.
