MENU:
SOUP – WHITE BORSCHT traditional Polish Easter soup that is full of sausages, eggs, potatoes, and other ingredients that bring a lot of religious symbolism to each bite of this delicious soup.
Appetizers – Homemade cold cuts and Polish vegetable salad – (Sałatka jarzynowa) is a typical cold-starter salad served during a lot of different events/holidays like Easter, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and much more.
ENTREES – Loin of pork stuffed with prunes and baked in sauerkraut with fresh and smoked kielbasa served with garlic rosemary red potatoes.
DESSERT – Mazurek (Polish Easter Pastry).
